Walked through each phase of a project from initiating - planning – executing - monitoring & controlling – closing, with multiple different aspects of learning including activities, group discussions, simulations, and case studies.

This course was unique and full of learning experiences, and activities comprising of self-organizing teams, constructing a work breakdown structure and risk matrix, applying the Earned Value Management technique, and understanding how the Agile-Kanban principle works
